NCC Education are delighted to renew guaranteed progression routes to Bangor University, Wales.

Founded in 1884, Bangor University is located on the North Wales coast close to the stunning scenery of Snowdonia National Park.

Bangor University’s diverse population of 11,000 students includes around 2,000 international students from 126 different countries.

The University is made up of three Colleges housing 10 academic Schools, as well as over fifty specialist research centres, offering excellent teaching and learning facilities across the Arts, Humanities and Sciences.

Located in a Grade II listed building, Bangor Business School is home to the Institute for European Finance. Bangor University’s library facilities offer an extensive collection of books and journals and the University provides nine 24-hour computer rooms and over 1,000 computers dedicated to student use.

Outside of their studies, students can enjoy a range of social activities at the 150 clubs and societies offered by the Student’s Union which has been ranked in the Top 5 Students’ Unions in the UK (WhatUni Student Choice Awards 2022).

Ranked 53rd in the Times Impact Rankings 2022, Bangor University is a global Top 500 University (Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2022).

Bangor University’s research has been ranked highly in the Government’s most recent Research Excellence Framework (REF2021), with 85% judged to be world-leading or internationally excellent.

We have also been awarded an overall 5 Stars ‘Excellent Rating’ in the recent QS Star Rating System 2022.

Upon completing the Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies, Level 4 Diploma in Computing, Level 4 Diploma in Business, Level 5 Diploma in Business or Pre-Master’s in Business, students can be guaranteed a place on various Bangor University programmes*.
